Drop-Off Appointments Only

To help flatten the coronavirus curve, we’ve implemented drop-off appointments at our clinics.
Read below for details.

1. Arrival

Upon arrival, please wait outside the hospital — one of our team members will greet you via the intercom, check you in, and take your pet into the hospital. To keep you and the community safe, we’re only letting our team inside.

2. Your pet's visit

Once inside, a doctor and a vet nurse will examine your pet and obtain their vitals. The doctor will then call you to share findings and discuss the reason for your visit. All treatment and test recommendations, along with costs, will be explained to you in detail.

After you approve of the treatment plan, a payment link will be emailed to you so that you can pay for your pet’s visit without coming in contact with anyone.

3. Post-appointment

After your pet has been treated, a team member will return your pet to you. If we need to follow up with you regarding test results or anything else, we’ll call you to discuss and to share any additional recommendations.

Why drop-offs

Why drop-offs

In light of COVID-19, we have to change the ways in which we approach vet care, but it does not affect our commitment to keeping your pets healthy..

So everyone can practice social distancing, we’ve closed our waiting area, and we’ve put this new safety measure in place.

Rest assured, your pet will always be accompanied by one of our team members, who’ll ensure your pet is safe and comfortable. We will keep you informed every step of the way and answer any questions you may have.

Better care,
Right when you need it
