Ingredients

  •   1 cup brown rice flour

  •   1/2 cup oat flour

  •   1/4 cup all-natural applesauce (make sure there's no added sugar, these should be 100% apple)

  •   1 large egg

  •   Strawberries

Directions

  1.   Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

  2.   In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown rice flour and oat flour.

  3.   Add applesauce and egg. Stir together with a spoon until you're left with a bunch of crumbly bits. Then knead with your hands until you have a doughball.

  4.   Sandwich doughball between two pieces of parchment paper and roll flat (about 1/4" thick) with a rolling pin.

  5.   Stamp treats with a cookie cutter and place onto baking sheet.

  6.   Thinly slice strawberries. Gently press one slice into the middle of each treat.

  7.   Bake for 30 minutes.

  8.   Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
