Appointments at the Bond Vet Clinics may be booked in person, by phone, on Bond Vet’s website or through any other method.  Clients may only redeem the Bond Vet New Client Credit Promotion once within the promotional period.  For the avoidance of doubt, the Bond Vet New Client Credit Promotion will not apply to any of the following appointments with Bond Vet (a) any telehealth visits performed through telehealth, or (b) any visits to Bond Vet clinics other than the Bond Vet Clinic.

2.          ELIGIBILITY: Open to any first time Bond Vet client, 18 years of age and older as of January 1, 2025, except for employees of Bond Vet (“Sponsor”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. 3.          PROMOTIONAL ITEMS: Any eligible new client who books a visit on or after January 1, 2025, and attends a visit with client’s pet on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday at the Bond Vet Clinic from January 1, 2025 until February 28, 2025 will receive a $50 credit on your account.  This $50 credit must be used at the Bond Vet Clinics for a visit within 12 months from the first visit, and for the avoidance of doubt may be used during this first visit.

BOND VET WELLNESS DAYS PROMOTION

OFFICIAL RULES

1.          HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE BOND VET WELLNESS DAYS PROMOTION: The Bond Vet Wellness Days Promotion (the “Wellness Promotion”) will run from January 1, 2025, until April 30, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”), for any dental cleaning or dental surgery booked and attended by client and client’s pet at any Bond Vet clinic on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday (the “Wellness Days”) during the Promotion Period.

Dental appointments at any Bond Vet Clinic may be booked in person or by phone only.  Clients may only redeem this Wellness Promotion once within the Promotional Period.  For the avoidance of doubt, the Wellness Promotion will not apply to any of the following appointments with Bond Vet: (a) any dental visits scheduled for and attended on a Sunday, Monday, Friday, or Saturday, or (b) any dental visits scheduled for and attended outside of the Promotional Period, or (c) any urgent care visits, non-dental surgical appointments or other wellness visits, or (d) any wellness visits performed through telehealth.

For the avoidance of doubt, if a Bond Vet clinic is closed for any reason on a Wellness Day during the Promotion Period, the closed clinic will not participate in the Wellness Promotion on that day but may designate an alternate date for the Wellness Promotion in its sole discretion.  Additionally,  if a Dental Procedure cannot be scheduled during the Promotional Period due to Bond’s availability, Bond may apply the Dental Health Promotion to the costs of a scheduled Dental Procedure outside of the Promotional Period.

2.          ELIGIBILITY: Open to Bond Vet clients, 18 years of age and older as of January 1, 2025, except for employees of Bond Vet (“Sponsor”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household, who have had a wellness visit at a Bond Vet clinic within 3 months of the date of the dental appointment. Void where prohibited.

3.          PROMOTIONAL ITEMS: Any eligible client who books a dental appointment on or after January 1, 2025 and attends a dental appointment with client’s pet on a Wellness Day during the Promotion Period will receive 10% of their dental cleaning or dental surgery, which will be capped at $350.

Bond Vet Referral Promotion

OFFICIAL RULES

The Bond Vet Referral Promotion (the “Referral Promotion”) has been created to reward Bond’s customers (“Referrer”) for recommending Bond Vet to any individual who has not previously used Bond’s in clinic services (“New Clients”).

1. HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE REFERRAL PROMOTION: The Referral Promotion will run both for Referrers and New Clients from January 1, 2025 until March 31, 2025. A Referrer can participate in the Referral Promotion by submitting their name and email address at www.bondvet.com/referrals, and clicking “Create my personalized code”, which will send a personalized code to designated New Clients. Alternatively, a Referrer may generate a personalized code within the pet portal and manually share their code with a New Client directly, but Referrer may not post their personalized code on social media, a public message board or other public forum. New Clients must book and visit a Bond Vet clinic (the “Bond Vet Clinic(s)”) prior to March 31, 2025. Appointments at the Bond Vet Clinics may be booked in person, by phone, on Bond Vet’s website or through any other method. New Clients may only redeem this credit once. Limit one per household. For the avoidance of doubt, the Bond Vet Referral Promotion will not apply to any visits performed through telehealth.

A Referrer can send up to 5 referrals earning up to $250 in credits. Any credits earned must be used within 1 year of the date of issuance or be forfeited. Bond Vet Veterinarian Hiring Referral Program for Non-Bond Vet Employees

Effective Date: December 17, 2024 

Overview:

Bond Vet has introduced the following referral program policy for non-Bond Vet employees who refer eligible veterinarians who are subsequently hired by Bond Vet.  Please only refer to veterinarian candidates who you think have qualities and characteristics that align with Bond Vet's values, who have drive and commitment, and who have the qualifications for the role based on the job description.

How am I eligible for a referral bonus?

Each non-Bond Vet employee who refers a veterinarian candidate is eligible for a referral bonus of $3,000 for any full-time veterinarian candidate or $1,000 for any part-time veterinarian candidate hired by Bond Vet so long as the following conditions are met: 

• The veterinarian candidate must have at least two years’ of working experience.

• If more than one person refers the same candidate, the person who submitted the referral first will be the only person eligible for the referral bonus.

• Once hired, the referred veterinarian employee must have completed 90 calendar days of employment and remained in good standing with Bond. 

• You must refer a veterinarian candidate prior to them applying or having contact with one of our recruiters. If you submit a candidate who has already applied or is in contact with a recruiter, you will be notified of such, and this will not qualify for a bonus.

• If the candidate was a previous employee of Bond Vet, a referring person will not get credit for the referral.
