BOND VET WELLNESS WEDNESDAY PROMOTION

OFFICIAL RULES

1.          HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE BOND VET WELLNESS WEDNESDAY PROMOTION: The Bond Vet Wellness Wednesday Promotion will run for any wellness visit booked by client on or after April 1, 2024, and attended by client and client’s pet (1) at any Bond Vet clinic other than the East Village, Roslyn, Chestnut Hill or Gold Coast clinic: on any Wednesday from Wednesday, April 3, 2024 until Wednesday, June 26, 2024, and (2) for the East Village, Roslyn, Chestnut Hill or Gold Coast clinic on any Thursday from Thursday, April 4, 2024 until Thursday, June 27, 2024.

Appointments at any Bond Vet Clinic may be booked in person, by phone, on Bond Vet’s website or through any other method.  Clients may only redeem the Bond Vet Wellness Wednesday Promotion once within the promotional period.  For the avoidance of doubt, the Bond Vet Wellness Wednesday Promotion will not apply to any of the following appointments with Bond Vet: (a) any wellness visits scheduled for and attended on other days of the week or on Wednesday (or Thursday for East Village, Roslyn, Chestnut Hill or Gold Coast only) that are not during the promotional period, (b) any urgent care visits or surgical appointments, or (c) any wellness visits performed through telehealth.

For the avoidance of doubt, the following capitalized terms relate to clinics located at the following addresses: (1) 282 First Avenue, New York, NY (“East Village”), (2) 1060 Northern Boulevard, Roslyn, NY (“Roslyn”), (3) 1 Boylston Street, Newton, MA (“Chestnut Hill”) and (4) 4 West Division Street, Chicago, IL (“Gold Coast”).

2.          ELIGIBILITY: Open to Bond Vet clients of Bond Vet’s clinics, 18 years of age and older as of April 1, 2024, except for employees of Bond Vet (“Sponsor”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.

3.          PROMOTIONAL ITEMS: Any eligible client who books a wellness visit on or after April 1, 2024 and attends a wellness visit with client’s pet on a Wednesday (or Thursday for the Chestnut Hill, East Village, Gold Coast and Roslyn clinics only)  between April 3, 2024 and June 27, 2024 will receive a complimentary Snap4DX test (dog) or fecal OPG test (cat), which is a diagnostic that costs approximately $120 for the Snap4DX test and $99 for the fecal OPG test that is integral to every preventive health exam, which must be used at any Bond Vet Clinic during any visit attended before the close of business on June 27, 2024.

4.          ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  By booking and attending any wellness appointment with Bond Vet as part of the Bond Vet Wellness Wednesday Promotion, client accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Bond Vet, which shall be final in all matters.   This offer cannot be combined with other offers, redeemed for cash or used to purchase Bond Vet swag. Clients who cancel and reschedule appointments with Bond Vet will be subject to the Bond Vet cancellation policy.  Terms are subject to change, and the offer is subject to end at any time without notice.  There is no substitution or transfer of promotional items permitted by any client. Bond Vet reserves the right to substitute a promotional item of equal or greater value.

BOND VET NEW CLIENT PROMOTION

OFFICIAL RULES

1.          HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE BOND VET NEW CLIENT CREDIT PROMOTION: The Bond Vet New Client Credit Promotion will run for any visit for any first time Bond Vet client booked by the client on or after January 8, 2024, and attended by client and client’s pet on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday at any Bond Vet clinics from January 8, 2024 until March 15, 2024 ( the “Bond Vet Clinics”). 

Appointments at the Bond Vet Clinics must be booked on Bond Vet’s website.  Clients may only redeem the Bond Vet New Client Credit Promotion once within the promotional period.  For the avoidance of doubt, the Bond Vet New Client Credit Promotion will not apply to any of the following appointments with Bond Vet: (a) any wellness visits scheduled for and attended on other days of the week or on Wednesday that are not during the promotional period, (b) any urgent care visits or surgical appointments, (c) any wellness visits performed through telehealth, or (d) any visits to Bond Vet clinics other than the Bond Vet Clinic.

2.          ELIGIBILITY: Open to any first time Bond Vet client, 18 years of age and older as of January 8, 2024, except for employees of Bond Vet (“Sponsor”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.

3.          PROMOTIONAL ITEMS: Any eligible new client who books a visit on or after January 8, 2024, and attends a visit with client’s pet on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday at the Bond Vet Clinic from January 8, 2024 until July 15, 2024 will receive a $50 credit on your account.  This $50 credit must be used at the Bond Vet Clinics for a visit within 12 months from the first visit, and for the avoidance of doubt may be used during this first visit.

4.          ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  By booking and attending any wellness appointment with Bond Vet as part of the Bond Vet New Client Credit Promotion, Client accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Bond Vet, which shall be final in all matters.   This offer cannot be combined with other offers, redeemed for cash or used to purchase Bond Vet swag. Clients who cancel and reschedule appointments with Bond Vet will be subject to the Bond Vet cancellation policy.  Terms are subject to change, and the offer is subject to end at any time without notice.  There is no substitution or transfer of promotional items permitted by any client. Bond Vet reserves the right to substitute a promotional item of equal or greater value.

5.          LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By booking and attending any appointment with Bond Vet as part of the Bond Vet New Client Credit Promotion, Client waives all right to, and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this Bond Vet New Client Credit Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any promotional item. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO CLIENT.

6.          CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Client agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this Bond Vet  New Client Credit Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Delaware without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Client further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Bond Vet New Client Credit Promotion and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Delaware.

Bond Vet Dental Health Awareness Month Promotion

OFFICIAL RULES

1.          HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE BOND VET DENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH PROMOTION: The Bond Vet Dental Health Awareness Month Promotion will run for any Bond Vet client whot (1) has either had a wellness exam at a Bond Vet clinic sometime in the last 3 months or is able to attend a wellness exam at any Bond Vet clinic in the month of February 2024, (2) schedules during the month of February 2024 a dental procedure at any Bond Vet clinic to be attended by the client before April 30, 2024 (unless the dental procedure cannot be scheduled due to Bond’s availability), and (3) attends the dental procedure before April 30, 2024 unless the procedure cannot be scheduled due to Bond’s availability, in which case the promotion will be applied to the costs of the scheduled dental procedure.  

Appointments at the Bond Vet clinics may be booked in person, by phone, on Bond Vet’s website or through any other method.  Clients may only redeem the Bond Vet Dental Health Awareness Month  Promotion once within the promotional period. 

2.          ELIGIBILITY: Open to any first time Bond Vet client, 18 years of age and older as of February 1, 2024, except for employees of Bond Vet (“Sponsor”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited.

3.          PROMOTIONAL ITEMS: Any eligible client will receive a 10% off their dental procedure performed prior to April 30, 2024 (unless the procedure cannot be scheduled due to Bond’s availability, in which case the discount will apply to the scheduled 

4.          ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:  By booking and attending any wellness appointment with Bond Vet as part of the Bond Vet Dental Health Awareness Month Promotion, Client accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Bond Vet, which shall be final in all matters.   This offer cannot be combined with other offers, redeemed for cash or used to purchase Bond Vet swag. SMS Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By providing your telephone number(s) and confirming your acceptance of SMS/text recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (“Marketing SMS Messages”) and/or transactional and conversational text messages (such as appointment reminders and that your pet is ready for pick-up) (“Transactional SMS Messages”, and together with the Marketing SMS Messages, the “SMS Messages”) from Bond Vet, through electronic and/or digital means, you expressly consent to receive recurring such Marketing SMS Messages and Transactional SMS Messages from Bond Vet, and others texting on behalf of Bond Vet at the provided telephone number(s). You may opt out of either or both of the Marketing SMS Messages and/or the Transactional SMS Messages at any time as set forth below. 

You also accept and agree to be bound by these SMS Message Terms and Conditions, Bond Vet’s privacy policy and any other applicable terms and agreements related to your use of Bond Vet’s SMS Messages services (the “SMS Message Services”).

Program Description

Bond Vet and its service providers provide the Bond Vet SMS Messages, which are intended to provide you with the following information:

  1. Transactional SMS Messages: Communications directly from the Bond team relating to your pet’s care (ex: your refill is ready for pickup), Bond Vet appointment reminders, vaccination reminders, or other veterinary care service reminders

  2. Marketing SMS Messages: Information about Bond Vet’s promotions, discounts, and limited-time offers, as well as general content including pet parenting tips, veterinary care advice, pet-friendly recipes, and related topics

Message frequency varies.  Bond Vet and its service providers may use an automatic telephone dialing system to deliver text messages to you.

Cost

Message, data rates and roaming charges may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with Bond Vet SMS Messages as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan.  Please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans. 

Please note that Bond Vet does not impose a separate fee for sending Bond Vet text messages.

How to Opt In

To opt in to receive Bond Vet’s Marketing SMS Messages or Transactional SMS Messages, please follow the instructions provided when you enroll via Bond Vet’s website or mobile application or text "BOND" and "START" or any text-to-join code to the applicable number set forth in any Bond Vet email, hard copy or other marketing materials.

How to Opt Out

To stop receiving the Marketing SMS Messages or the Transactional SMS Messages from Bond Vet, use the mobile phone corresponding to the number enrolled in the Marketing SMS Messages or the Transactional SMS Messages and reply “STOP” in response to a text message from the applicable Bond Vet SMS Messages.  You will then receive confirmation of your opt-out by text. 

This will only opt you out of the specific text messaging program associated with that phone number for Marketing SMS Messages or the Transactional SMS Messages, as applicable, and you will need to separately unsubscribe to Marketing SMS Messages or the Transactional SMS Messages, if applicable.  Additionally, you will remain opted in to any SMS Messages where you have enrolled under a different phone number.

Your Mobile Telephone Number

You represent and warrant that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. You are responsible for notifying Bond Vet immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You may notify Bond Vet of a number change by emailing us at [email protected].

You agree to indemnify Bond Vet in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify Bond Vet if you change your telephone number, including but not limited to all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and state telemarketing laws.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Bond Vet may revise, modify, or amend these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. If you do not agree to the revision, modification, or amendment, you must opt-out of Bond Vet SMS Messages.  If you do not opt-out, you will be deemed to have accepted the revision, modification, or amendment.

Termination of Text Messaging

Bond Vet may suspend or terminate your receipt of the Bond Vet text messages for any reason, including if Bond Vet believes you are in breach of these SMS Terms and Conditions. Your receipt of the Bond Vet text messages is also subject to termination if your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses. Bond Vet reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of the Bond Vet text messages, with or without notice.
