HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE BOND VET FIRST FIRST EXAM FEE NEW CLIENT PROMOTION: The Bond Vet Free First Exam Fee New Client Promotion (the “Free First Exam Fee Promotion”) will run from Wednesday, November 5, 2025 through Monday, August 31, 2026 (the “Promotional Period”). This Free First Exam Fee Promotion entitles eligible new clients to $0 exam fee (“Promotional Credit”) for their first visit only.
To qualify for the Promotional Credit, a new client must book and attend their first visit with their pet at a Bond Vet Clinic during the Promotional Period. HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE BOND VET EVENT $50 OFF PROMOTION: The Bond Vet Event $50 Off Promotion (the “Event Promotion”) will run from Wednesday, March 3, 2026 through Thursday, December 31, 2026 (the “Promotional Period”). BOND VET REFERRAL PROGRAM
OFFICIAL RULES
The Bond Vet Referral Promotion (the “Referral Promotion”) has been created to reward Bond’s customers (“Referrer”) for recommending Bond Vet to any individual who has not previously used Bond’s in clinic services (“New Clients”).
1. HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE REFERRAL PROMOTION: The Referral Promotion will run both for Referrers and New Clients from April 1, 2025 until December 31, 2026. A Referrer can participate in the Referral Promotion by submitting their name and email address at www.bondvet.com/referrals, and clicking “Create my personalized code”, which will send a personalized code to designated New Clients. Alternatively, a Referrer may generate a personalized code within the pet portal and manually share their code with a New Client directly, but Referrer may not post their personalized code on social media, a public message board or other public forum. New Clients must book and visit a Bond Vet clinic (the “Bond Vet Clinic(s)”) prior to August 15, 2025. Appointments at the Bond Vet Clinics may be booked in person, by phone, on Bond Vet’s website or through any other method. New Clients may only redeem this credit once. Limit one per household. For the avoidance of doubt, the Bond Vet Referral Promotion will not apply to any visits performed through telehealth.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Any Referrer or New Client must be 18 years old and a legal resident of the United States, except for employees of Bond Vet (“Sponsor”) and its affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively “Promotion Parties”), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Once the eligible New Client has used the Referrer’s personalized code for their appointment and completed the appointment, the Referrer will automatically receive a $100 credit in their account. Any credits earned must be used within 1 year of the date of issuance or be forfeited. For the avoidance of doubt, New Clients can use their referral credit on their first in-clinic appointment.

BOND VET VETERINARIAN HIRING REFERRAL PROGRAM FOR NON-BOND VET EMPLOYEES
Effective Date: March 25, 2026
Overview:
Bond Vet has introduced the following referral program policy for non-Bond Vet employees who refer eligible veterinarians or licensed veterinary technicians who are subsequently hired by Bond Vet. Please only refer to veterinarian or licensed veterinary technician candidates who you think have qualities and characteristics that align with Bond Vet's values, who have drive and commitment, and who have the qualifications for the role based on the job description.
How am I eligible for a referral bonus?
Each non-Bond Vet employee who refers a veterinarian or licensed veterinary technician candidate is eligible for a referral bonus.
Referral bonus amounts:
Veterinarian
Full Time: $2,000
Part Time: $1,000
Licensed Veterinary Technician
Full Time: $2,000
Part Time: $1,000
The following conditions must be met:
The candidate must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
The candidate must have at least two years’ of working experience.
If more than one person refers the same candidate, the person who submitted the referral first will be the only person eligible for the referral bonus.
Once hired, the referred employee must have completed 6 calendar months of employment and remained in good standing with Bond.
You must refer a candidate prior to them applying or having contact with one of our recruiters. If you submit a candidate who has already applied or is in contact with a recruiter, you will be notified of such, and this will not qualify for a bonus.
If the candidate was a previous employee of Bond Vet, a referring person will not get credit for the referral.

Payment of referral bonus?
The referral bonus will be paid to any eligible referring non-employee within 30 days of the 6 month anniversary of employment of the referred employee.
Modifications to this Policy:
Bond retains the right, at all times and at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or discontinue this Policy and its other programs and policies to the extent permitted by applicable law.
