I had an emergency and my vet’s office instructed me to go to an E/R.They got her in quickly. I was satisfied with the treatment and so happy this has opened near my home. The only perhaps negative to me is that I downloaded the app as I waited to get her home. I saw it said the vet discussed what she thought the problem was with me. She actually had not. I was very concerned to see mention of degenerative disk disease, when I was told it was an injury. The app is great though. It had her visit info written in detail, that I could sent her usual provider in a PDF. They stated a minor finding in her blood results. I think the full blood results displayed would be a helpful asset for her regular clinician. All in all, I do think this is a very good urgent care option! The swag bag with treats and toys is an excellent idea. The price really was much more reasonable than when I’ve gone to the other nearby Emergency (24 hour vet) on 5th Avenue.read more

The staff was so wonderful and helpful, and they really cared for all of the dogs that came in. They were clear in their recommendations, and I felt comfortable leaving my puppy in their hands. The best part - after your first visit they give you a tote bag with treats and toys! Such a great, easy experience overall!read more

Brought my baby here because we were not happy with the care we were getting at our previous vet. They were helpful and attentive in giving my dog the best care. Our previous vet wanted to put my dog under for an unnecessary surgery and the doctor at Bond Vet reassured us it was not needed right now. Treating my pet as if it was her own! Highly recommend for any animal parent!read more

Took my new puppy for her first vet check and everything went smoothly. Due to covid, I waited outside to drop her off. After the exam, the vet called me with helpful info about shots and more. The nurse came outside to give me a rundown of the costs so everything was transparent. When it was all done, my pup was returned happily and with a swag bag with some treats and toys.read more

I had such a great experience with Bond Vet, even despite the process changes due to COVID (mainly being drop-off only). This was my first vet visit with my cat, and they were professional, communicative, and spent a lot of time answering all my questions. The complementary gifts they gave Luna on the way out were also a very nice touch 🙂read more
