What does a routine checkup include?

A checkup is a comprehensive nose -to-tail examination by a doctor who will customize a medical plan based on your pet’s needs and answer questions you may have. If our doctor recommends additional treatments or diagnostics, we’ll go over what they are, why they would be beneficial, and how much they cost beforehand.

Do you accept pet insurance?

Yes, we take all pet insurances, and our Rye Brook team will be more than happy to help you submit a claim.

Do you offer teeth clinics and dental surgery?

Yes! Our Rye Brook clinic has a dedicated dental suite to provide the best dental cleaning experience for your pet. During the cleaning, an oral exam is performed, full-mouth radiographs are taken, teeth are scaled and polished, and we remove calculus from the tooth's surface and under gum lines. We then probe the teeth to measure the pockets that exist under the gum lines. If teeth are very unhealthy, we remove them.

“My friend recommended Bond Vet. I came to Bond Vet after trying to take my frenchie in to her regular vet for an emergency. I described her symptoms to her regular vet as extreme diarrhea and refusing to eat food or drink water for over 24 hours but under 48 hours. The receptionist turned me away because we didn’t have an appointment without a care. I went to the Bond Vet’s website and booked a same day appointment at its Rye Brook Westchester location. As a first time patient, we were eligible for the $50 off. The office is super clean, modern and the staff at the front desk was friendly. We were seen quickly. Dr. Chow was phenomenal, he kept me informed, gave us a plan, went over options. On our way out there were free treats, balls, and toothbrushes. When we got home, I administered my frenchie her medicine and food. She finally ate with the food topper and soft food Dr. Chow prescribed. I was so pleased she finally ate. Last night me and my frenchie finally got a good night’s sleep. I am never taking my dog back to her original vet who turned her away, Bond vet is her new home for medical care.
