Bond Vet Membership Terms & Conditions
Purpose of Membership. The Membership Program is designed to provide Members with access to certain veterinary services and benefits at a predictable monthly or annual cost as selected by the Member. Each Member acknowledges and agrees that this Membership establishes a direct contractual relationship for the performance of services between such Member’s pet and Bond, as the service provider, governed by these Terms and Conditions.
Covered Pets. This Agreement applies only to the Pet included in your sign-up.
Membership Benefits. During the active membership term, Member is entitled to the following benefits:
One free Exam Fee per year ($58.50 - $155 value)
20% off additional Exam Fees
Priority virtual chat access: get faster responses from the Bond virtual team
For the avoidance of doubt, the term “Exam Fee” only includes the fees associated with the following types of exams:
“Bond Vet Examination & Consultation,”
“Annual Preventative Health Exam,”
“Walk-In Examination & Consultation,”
“Progress Exam,” and
“Nurse Appointment.”
For the avoidance of doubt, the term “Exam Fee” does not apply to the following types of exams:
Travel Exams,
Telehealth Exams,
Specialty Exams,
Exams already included within a package (ex: Surgical exam as part of a surgical bundle),
Litter Exams,
Acupuncture Exams, or
any Third Party Vendor Exams (ex: traveling ultrasound/IM consult).
Bond reserves the right to revise the definition of the term “Exam Fee” during the term of your membership.
Please note that Bond’s other promotions and discounts may not apply to you.
Fees and Payment. Membership fees are billed annually via your payment method on file on the date that you sign up for the membership and each annual anniversary thereof. Fees are non-refundable once billed, except as required by law. Failure to maintain valid payment may result in suspension or termination of membership.
No Insurance; No Guarantee of Outcomes. Each Member acknowledges and agrees that Membership does not constitute an insurance plan or a contract for health insurance, and is not a substitute for health insurance or other health plan coverage. Membership does not guarantee availability of services, outcomes, or specific medical results. Veterinary services are provided based on professional medical judgment.
Scheduling and Access. Appointments are subject to availability. Membership does not guarantee same-day or immediate service. Bond reserves the right to prioritize patients based on medical urgency.
Term; Autorenewal and Cancellation. Membership begins on the enrollment date and continues for one year; provided however, that Bond may terminate membership immediately in its sole discretion, including, without limitation, for non-payment, misuse, or abusive conduct toward staff. Each membership will auto-renew for subsequent one (1) year terms using the payment method on file unless Member provides Bond with at least 30 days’ notice prior to the renewal date through a method specified by Bond.
Member Responsibilities. Member agrees to:
Provide accurate pet medical history
Follow recommended treatment plans
Maintain current contact and payment information
Comply with Bond policies and code of conduct.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bond’s liability is limited to the amount of membership fees paid in the preceding year. Bond shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state or commonwealth where the applicable Bond Vet clinic exists, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Entire Agreement; Modifications. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding membership services. Bond may update these Terms and Conditions, the membership benefits or pricing in its sole discretion.
Bond's Discretion. In rare occasions, Bond will grant certain exceptions to these Terms and Conditions in its sole discretion.
