BondVet Cathedral Heights is absolutely the best! Everyone I have met there has been caring and a pleasure to work when I bring Nala in. A special shout out to Dr. L who was so attentive and helpful when my Nala was sick over the holidays. She was very thorough in diagnosing the issue and she really made us feel valued and cared for. Also, Sam is always so awesome when I call and visit the office.

I just had to write a review about the fantastic care that my cat, Oliver, received at bond vet cathedral heights & especially Dr. McIlwain. I took my boy to bond vet a few days after I had taken him to an area ER vet - everything was WNL at the ER vet be he was still acting odd. Dr. McIlwain went over her differentials with me and ran some tests. My poor baby was in kidney failure. She was very compassionate with reviewing his results and what could have caused this. She and her staff then called over the friendship animal hospital and facilitated his transfer which was so helpful as they just took him back once I got there and they knew everything that Dr M had ordered and suspected. Luckily my boy did great after a few days of hospitalization and I brought him back a couple of weeks later with some nausea/vomiting + URI symptoms. The staff was again so kind and remembered Ollie! They treated him like he was their own and Dr M diagnosed him with a corneal ulcer (poor boy). Again gave me a breakdown on what the treatment and diagnostics would be and when to follow up. She and her staff even worked with me to make sure it was as affordable as possible - they have some specials going on right now which was nice. I’m so glad I came to bond vet cathedral heights in my baby’s time of need. Thank you for saving ollies life and help him start to get back to the sweet, cuddly guy I know him to be!

I had a great experience at Bond Vet this week. I went in thinking my cat would need to be put down and Dr. McIlwain and her team worked quickly to figure out what was wrong and talk me through next steps. Everyone was very caring and compassionate and I am so thankful for their hard work and honesty( particularly because it was right after a snow storm and I know it was very hard for them to even make it in to the clinic that day!).
