Dr. Tracey Hall, one of the relief vets, consistently went above and beyond to care for my cat Pooshie who was suffering from initially urinary inflammation, then months later a complete urinary blockage. On the initial visit, we presented complaining of frequent litter box trips and little urine output. She ordered an ultrasound and noticed a suspicious finding that indicated possible crystals in the bladder. She then ordered bloodwork to assess kidney function. When my pet insurance refused to cover the bloodwork on the basis that bloodwork was already done recently, she personally reached out to my insurance company via both phone and email, stating that the bloodwork was required for his emergency visit, and that it should be covered under my plan. They agreed to cover the cost. She also extensively educated me on ways to help Pooshie with his condition. Months later, when Pooshie ended up having a urinary blockage which required surgery at an emergency animal hospital, I reached out to Dr. Hall inquiring about a prescription for his new urinary care diet as recommended by the emergency vet. She not only wrote me the prescription, but personally called Chewy to make sure it would last 2 years, then personally called the emergency vet to review Pooshie's chart notes from the surgery (with my permission of course). She made sure to communicate with Bond Vet as well to upload the chart notes to his file there. Additionally, she took time to highlight things in the note that I may have otherwise missed. Dr. Hall truly goes above and beyond to care for her pet patients. She is efficient, detail oriented, and passionate about what she does. She cares for your pet as if they are her own. I am grateful to have her as a vet!
