A Convenient, Thorough Vet Clinic Lakeview

“My 11 yr old Border Collie mix wasn't eating very well for a few days. She would miss her morning meals and only eat at night. Then over the weekend would only eat very little in the morning and at night. I started to get worried as her energy started to decrease and she just wanted to lay down all day and nap. For a 11 yr old Border Collie mix she's very energetic, so seeing her just sleep most of the day and miss her meals raised a red flag. I have never been to Bond Vet but was recommended by a good friend to give them a call and see what they can do to help out my pup before I took her to the vet. When I called the amazing receptionist, Liz, took down all the information and reassured me that she can help me out and that she would be able to book me an app the next day to see the Vet for my pup. Liz advised me to feed my dog a blain diet of Chicken and Rice, keep an eye over her through out the day. If anything went wrong with the blain diet to call back and we can book an appt to see the Vet. I was able to book an appt with Liz to see Dr.Novak the next day at 10:30 am. I when I arrived Liz was ready to get my dog and I into the exam room. I informed her that my dog can be very reactive in stressful situations so she made sure no other animals were in the lobby or coming through the hallway while we walked to the exam room. Shortly after I was greeted by the Vet Tech Olivia, that took down more personal information about my dogs situation. Olivia was amazing and got down every detail about the situation and kept me posted on what exams my dog will be receiving today. She would pop in and out to give me updates about the situation and ran through prices and of all the exams they would be doing. Finally when all exams where done, Dr. Novak went into detail of my pups results, what next steps for her should be and the medication my dog would be getting today. Thank you to the amazing staff at Bond Vet making me and my pup feel welcomed, understood and for making her feel better. Shortly after our visit to Bond Vet my pup came back to life, I would notice small increase coming back to her. Wonderful, supportive staff! I will definitely becoming back and making Bond Vet my primary care for my pup!”

“The office is so warm and welcoming! No scary steel tables or cold white clinic walls which made my pup feel much calmer. My dog is scared of men so they made sure she was cared for by female staff which I really appreciated!! They were so accommodating of her anxiety and let her take her time to calm down. This was the best vet visit she has ever had in her 3.5 years of living and I couldn’t recommend this office more!”
