We had our first vet visit here, as first time kitten parents to a purebred Siberian! Both nurses, and the doctor here were all so welcoming. We were really nervous, but everyone was so patient, kind, friendly, and attentive to Ash’s needs. We had Ash get his 2nd FVRCP vaccine, and they also trimmed Ash’s nails. They made the vaccine and nail trimming look and feel super comfortable for Ash. They also explained that Ash would be getting his 3rd FVRCP vaccine in 3 weeks, and he needs to be placed on a dewormer schedule depending on what he has or hasn’t gotten so far for his dewormer. I explained to them I wasn’t sure about the dewormer, and wanted to double check with our breeder before having him started on that, and they were so patient and understanding of me waiting to hear back from our breeder. They were also very respectful of us wanting to get Ash his vaccines one at a time, vs. everything all at once which was something very important to us. Everyone here was very caring, and attentive, and most importantly made Ash feel safe, happy, loved, and really welcomed. Thank you Bond Vet Narberth for making our first vet appointment a welcoming and healthy experience. We can’t wait to see you all in 3 weeks!

Staff is exceptionally friendly. The waiting area is nicely appointed and clean. Though my puppy and I have had only the single visit we did book a second, So far so good. The staff for the most part are knowledgeable despite their youth. My dog was made to feel welcome and treated with kindness. My wallet…….not so much but they have promo codes that helped significantly. My dog does not look happy in the photo but she was pissed her nails were trimmed.
