“I want to commend Bond Vet Roslyn for their very caring concern for my eight year old cat, Maisie. The first time I contacted Bond Vet was to find out their charge for a sonogram as an ER vet had recommended Maisie to have one if she persisted in vomiting. Tina, the delightful receptionist provided the info and though Bond Vet would not be able to do the sonogram that day Tina patiently provided me with info of competitor vet offices that might be able to help! It was *solely* based on my interaction with Tina and her concern for my cat, when Maisie needed a vet check up a week or so later (my vet couldn’t see Maisie for 6 weeks!) I decided to try Bond Vet - Roslyn. Dr Leung (Crystal) was extremely thorough and caring during her exam of Maisie. She explained the significance of test results, her diagnosis and treatment plan. All this info was also uploaded to their patient portal so it is always available to the me as the pet-owner. Bond Vet’s patient portal is user-friendly where you can provide history of your cat and state the purpose for the appointment you wanted to schedule. I was able to get in the same day and Tina facilitated getting information from Maisie’s prior vet. Bond Vet’s fees were much more reasonable than where I had been going and they also allow you to text them with questions or concerns and the office responds promptly. As an added bonus, you can refer a friend with a code, the friend inputs the code online and books their appointment you both get $50 credit to your account.”
