This includes issues like bite wounds, stomach issues, wound treatment, pain or limping, eye and ear issues, coughing, urination issues, and more. Essentially, urgent care for pets is whenever you think to yourself, “I think something’s wrong — a vet should take a look at this ASAP.”

What does a routine checkup include?

A checkup is a comprehensive nose -to-tail examination by a doctor who will customize a medical plan based on your pet’s needs and answer questions you may have. If our doctor recommends additional treatments or diagnostics, we’ll go over what they are, why they would be beneficial, and how much they cost beforehand.

Do you accept pet insurance?

Yes, we take all pet insurances, and our Roslyn team will be more than happy to help you submit a claim.

Do you offer teeth cleanings and dental surgery?

Yes! Our Roslyn clinic has a dedicated dental suite to provide the best dental cleaning experience for your pet. During the cleaning, an oral exam is performed, full-mouth radiographs are taken, teeth are scaled and polished, and we remove calculus from the tooth's surface and under gum lines. We then probe the teeth to measure the pockets that exist under the gum lines. If teeth are very unhealthy, we remove them.

Do you offer grooming services?

We don’t currently provide grooming services at this location, but we’re happy to recommend nearby providers you can trust.

Dr. Crystal and the technician (I believe Tina was her name) were amazing with my dog. I hadn't been to a vet where they let you go back with your pet, so I had no idea my dog would be so afraid to the point she was growling and snarling at people. I wouldn't consider my dog aggressive in general, but she's definitely not the easiest patient unfortunately. Here, the tech was so patient and got creative with how she approached my dog. She ended up doing her bloodwork in the lobby because she suggested my dog might feel cornered in the exam room. They didn't make me feel rushed or any shame for having to troubleshoot how to best accommodate my dog. They took their time answering my questions and giving advice. The place is also super clean and the person at the front desk was very friendly. The ability to get a weekend appointment and book online is another huge plus. I have nothing negative to say about my experience here and would highly recommend them to anyone, especially those with very fearful dogs!!

Dr. Leung and the entire staff at Bond Vet Roslyn are exceptional. Dr. Leung is the most compassionate, attentive, and quick-thinking veterinarian we’ve ever worked with. We’ve seen her periodically for years, but today truly showed her dedication. My dog, Jackson, was attacked on the street, and although Bond Vet is not an emergency facility, Dr. Leung and her team were incredibly supportive, responsive, and thorough. Their calm, fast reaction and genuine care made an extremely stressful situation manageable. We are beyond grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown to both Jackson and us.
